What is Open Parlement?
Open Parlement is an independent, unofficial tool for exploring roll-call votes, MEP positions, and political group activity in the European Parliament. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the European Parliament or the European Union.
Data sources
Data is sourced from three official, open sources:
- › European Parliament Open Data Portal — roll-call votes and MEP information
- › DOCEO — the European Parliament's official document system
- › OEIL (Legislative Observatory) — legislative procedures and summaries

- ›Roll-call votes in the European Parliament
- ›720 MEPs (EP10 term, 2024–2029)
- ›Legislative procedures and their outcomes
- ›Political groups and voting cohesion statistics
- ›Individual MEP positions on each vote
Update frequency
Data is updated regularly as new plenary sessions occur. The most recent votes are typically available within a few days of each session.
Limitations
This site covers the EP10 term only (2024–2029). EP9 data (2019–2024) is not yet available.
