Impact of artificial intelligence on the financial sector
Poparłam rezolucję dotyczącą wykorzystania sztucznej inteligencji w sektorze finansowym, ponieważ dokument przedstawia zrównoważone i pragmatyczne podejście do innowacji, konkurencyjności oraz ochrony konsumentów. Sektor finansowy coraz szerzej wykorzystuje narzędzia oparte na SI, zwłaszcza w obszarach wykrywania nadużyć, oceny ryzyka, monitorowania transakcji czy personalizacji usług. Technologie te mogą znacząco zwiększyć efektywność i poprawić jakość usług świadczonych obywatelom. Rezolucja słusznie wskazuje na najważniejsze ryzyka: stronniczość danych, brak przejrzystości algorytmów, zagrożenia cybernetyczne czy nadmierną zależność od kilku dużych dostawców technologii. W pełni popieram konieczność wprowadzania odpowiednich zasad nadzoru człowieka, solidnego zarządzania danymi oraz stosowania proporcjonalnych wytycznych nadzorczych. Parlament podkreślił także, że na obecnym etapie nie ma potrzeby tworzenia nowych przepisów, a kluczowe jest lepsze stosowanie istniejących regulacji oraz większa spójność działań organów nadzorczych. Rezolucja słusznie akcentuje również potrzebę inwestycji w kompetencje cyfrowe, rozwój środowisk testowych oraz badań nad wpływem środowiskowym systemów SI. Z tych powodów zagłosowałam za przyjęciem rezolucji.
